This 1970s Colonial is generously proportioned, but its outdated styling did not reflect the owners’ modern tastes.  The need to expand the second floor with a new master suite created the opportunity to reimagine the house as a whole.

The new master suite sits over the garage, using the home’s existing footprint.  The new rear deck off the master bedroom has a water view, taking advantage of a pond behind the property that was previously not visible.  As part of the exterior remodel, we were able to improve the front and side entries to create a more welcoming approach.  The new siding and exterior detailing wrap around the home to create a cohesive whole.
